ANNA’S MOVEMENT

Anna has gone on MAUNVRAT.Everybody is perplexed. Only two type of organisations survive:
Blind faith: What so ever the leader says – right or wrong – everybody follows without any questions. This brings arrogance & breaks with bang after sudden revolt.
Democratic setup: - There are well defined groups within the party. These groups decide an issue based upon consensus after considering all the pros & cones. The leader acts at two stages - once in the beginning to throw up an issue for discussion & later in an advisory capacity. Only in emergency he takes his own one sided decisions & directs implementation.
Any other type of group is fair whether conglomerate of persons where people leave or join the party or the movement at their own sweet will. No party or group can satisfy all the members on all the issues. This is what has happened in Anna’s movement case. I have pleaded in one of my earlier blog requesting Anna & his staunch followers or the so called core group members to adopt 2nd model. We the members of general public will provide support to such movements only based upon its strength & maturity of members. This is what happened in the present movement. People gave spontaneous support. In case they find weak or lose conglomerate / leadership they will be wavering & will chose the path of least resistance.
The core group members are showing the signs of third eventuality. If these things continue, this movement will lose its momentum & sentimental touch. General people will feel cheated & left in the lurch. Corrupt politicians will have the last laugh. Nation will not excuse them. Core committee members have done wonderful job. They have made sacrificed quite a bit against such heavy odds. They should sort out their differences or any other problems amongst themselves internally than coming before the media. They should listen To Anna instead wasting his energy in these petty matters. General public is looking towards them. Nation will be indebted towards them. May God bless us all with good sense in the interest of all
