They did find out the problem in my 7yr old Dell laptop and fixed it - which a different shop could not find any problem. So good job there. Took around 4 days, I think the price was a little more than I expected. I was not happy that they handled the laptop quite roughly. The cover of screen on the right top corner of the laptop got broken, and wont close properly. They could not open the screw on the corner, so just broke that plastic. Wifi button in the front no longer moves. Laptop stopped going to standby when the lid is closed. In overall, I will not go to this particular center any more for repair if I have a good laptop.
