AIRTEL HD- A NIGHTMARE!

I did not want to write this but am forced to do so...


I am a subscriber of Airtel DTH (98920 35773) since 2 years now, have written other complaints before also on mouthshut. Everything was going on well till I decided to upgrade my connection to Airtel HD. The clartity and channels were amazing though I had to pay extra. Exactly one week later my set top box kept on updating the software and stopped functioning normally, I called up the customer care and they sent the engineer the very next day. They said that they will replace the box in 2 days. Also called up the Customer Care and they still have no clue about the previous complain. Today is the 5th day there is no response and when called the engineer Mr. Dohi (9821649177), he is arrogant. I really didn’t expect this from Airtel as I’m a suscriber of their GSM also from last 6 years.


Please help if you can..
