AIRTEL EARNS MONEY BY SQUEEZE CUSTOMERS BLOOD

By: sarojmishra | Posted Sep 04, 2012 | General | 268 Views

I was an AIRTEL post paid customer before 2 years back and converted to prepaid with freedom plan (so called per second plain) last 2 years. It's really a good freedom plan for the service provider to earn money by SQUEEZE CUSTOMERS BLOOD. By the way, I checked the deduction for a call made to a land line which was charged me Rs. 0.02 paisa per seconds. Then I send a mail to the customer service and got the following reply from the nodal officer. So, my concern here is that the service provider changes your tariff without your knowledge and imagine the money what they got with this fraud to millions of Indian. Finally you know "they'll never acknowledge their mistake" because it's a source of their revenue.

Following reply is from the Nodal officer.

However, please find the details mentioned below:

Local

Airtel to Airtel 1.3 paise per second.

Airtel to Landline 1.5 paise per second.

STD

Airtel to Mobile 1.3 paise per second.
