Dear Sir,
It was about 2 weeks back your representative collected product(power bank) which is having defect. After rigorous follow up I got an answer saying that my money will be deposited in my bank account and I will get email acknowledge on bank details. I am sorry to say that I have not yet got neither email acknowledgement, nor my money has been refunded. Kindly look into this.
