It was exactly 530 days ago that a group of enthusiastic social networking site members stepped up the accelerators towards a rather innocous venue and went into planetary oscillations that were to imbibe in them the twangs to strike a relationship. One that may last a life time....perhaps!!!
The Space shuttles docked and the aliens descended with absolute Moon faced attitude to encounter the citizens of another Galaxy. So it seemed till they huddled together in a frenzy to get shot by a KODAK flash and then dispersed by the Authoritative regime a'la Idi Amin commandoes, who descended like hawks and chased all of us helter skelter for cover.
Some just went into Cacophonic garbled laffter, some into a tizzy of giggles, some had their feet in their mouths ... please take this as literary inference only!!!
And they roze upwards in a scientific invention which was so new to them, called the Capsule...it envelopes you from all sides like an Egg shape and half Mettalic-half Glass structure rises from the inner realms of Earth and moves skywards..at the press of a command button which suddenly heated up and turned red and read as 2....
In nano seconds, we were transported to Second Level of the Galactic Umbrella and a strange kind of plethora of aromas filled our nostrils...we were strangely caught between what, where, how, when..etceteras....
But 6 of us just plonked on Crimson and Ochre bum engraved platters in a corner...and eyes just turned from all quarters towards us when the group of Aliens began to swell and capture more similar platters to lodge ourselves on.
Then the anthems began, some have been recorded but have no permission to be uploaded, as it can have catastrophic effects on the relationships that are / were built on a so called life time, so to say......
Well I aint talking about an MS meet after 530 days...thats history, but most of them who met or were to meet in body and spirit that day, are once again congregating at the same venue on Thursday at 1830hrs. And a few new faces too. All are welcome to join, who so ever are available.
Akash Dwivedi was to come to Mumbai then for a day or two for his personal work and an idea to have a meet started. It happened. Many many more have happened ever since, many have been done unrecognised too, and many on the sly too...he he we all know aboutthese ones too.
Akash had then come from Indore ( I hope I dont mess the stations). He moved to Mumbai...and shortly left for greener pastures to Chennai. He did well there...and his pretty wife then came back to Mumbai carrying their Baby Daughter. He has now shifted to Mumbai as he has now got a new job. We welcome him, Needhika and their Angel to the City that never sleeps and Wish him success in his new asignment.
