3C LOTUS PANACHE Sector 110 , Noida Phase 1 is under possession now but builder is forcing to sign the MSA and not listening at all customer view. We have sent email on 25th Sept 2013 based on their MSA to reply and give satisfactory answer but till 9th Oct 2013 there is no reply. If we go their office then telling that that is what they have decided do forcefully customers have to sign the MSA contract. All the customers had paid almost 95% payment so there is no choice now left with customers.
Is this Independent India ? that we educated customers even can not ask for their right or can not ask question for MSA.
