Eureka Forbes is one of the worst companies on the planet. I have thier Aqaguard Nova which they assured me would give me clean water. But after the purchase they told me that it doesnt even get rid of iron! I spent 8 grands on a useless water purifier! Smartly, like expert cheats and thugs, they to...ld me that they have an addon pack for the filter which costs another 2 grands and will remove iron. I refused to pay the cheats any more money. During regular services (for the first year), they came, they didnt even open up the unit! Hell, they didnt even touch the unit and declared that I had to change the filter! When I hadnt even used it for a full month! These guys are expert looters and thugs. I will never ever ever buy an Aquaguard or even recommend one to anyone.
