Inspite of following up with them for few days the issue was not resolved and ultimately i was promised a refumd for the amount which till date even after 2 months has not got credited to my account!!! its not there cant be disputes in business but the miss management and lack of coordination with which sosasta.com works speaks for itself... I would not reccomend neither Sosasta nor crazeal.com (which is again from the same people as sosasta) to buy anything or even look at it altogether...
