Good point Shblr92. I forgot to add my review of 1st service :)- Cons : Did not get the 'default' call that my first service is due within 2000 km. It was not mentioned in the service manual also. I had to call Renault Toll Free and confirm this. Also you need to take appointment 2-3 days in advan...ce @ Trident Renault and they do around 10-12 cars only. Expecting another service center in Mysore Road, Blore soon and this should improve.They could have given a drop back to my office (chargeable was also ok) but they do not have this service. Would have been a plus point with all dealer flak they get and get brownie points fm customers- tho other vendors also dont do this also ! Pro: Once i went in for service was a v pleasant experience. As usual water-coffee came :)- Promptly attended by Supervisor (Aithal), chargeable and free labour etc was explained, he gave tips on some accessories why not to put (eg 100W bulb) as it will make warranty of electrical circuit void. Evening the car was ready as promised. Also met the showroom manager (now have made friends with him for better attention :)- ..and he was happy to see me there (tho i did not purchase in his showroom) and gave some insights of Renault's upcoming plans/service centers/dely imporovements etc. Overall a very good experience.
