Hi Pranay, I have completed 2050kms... in bumper to bumper traffic in suburban (andheri east, saki naka) mumbai i got 14.5kms/litre which i think is remarkable considering its size & 100% a/c on. on a trip to malshej ghats which was an incline most of the road i got 18.5/litre before my first servi...ce. See i have got used to driving this car in city traffic, its upto you how easily you will be able to adjust. The other good part is the fuel tank capacity 50L which is very helpful when you travel outstation & prefer filling fuel in major cities & not on highways. But as i have said, please take a test drive, once, twice, thrice, until you are completely satisfied, after all its you my friend who is gonna live with it.Read More

Hi Sandeep, Thanks for your comments. First of all, i request you to do your own research. & make up your mind on your preferences. About the Indigo CS, i cannot really comment but all i can say is drive the vehicle for a while & ask as many people you can who have owned Tata cars for their opinion...s. Then take a test drive of the Logan & weigh in all you options. About the performance, since its going to be your first diesel car, be mentally prepared that petrol cars run completely different form diesel cars, the pick up, the light feel, etc is missing in diesel cars. Secondly, my opinion is that i really admire the Logan having owned it now for 15-20 days (early days as many say) but many times you come to know how the car may behave & i have a good feel to it. About the service part, that you have to make sure that you have the service centre nearby. As for me, i have no issues as i'll service the car once in 6 months so i wont have to make rounds very often so it wont make much of a difference to me. I conclude by saying this once again that do your own research before you buy any vehicle, after all you're going to live with it! DZire if you have the patience to wait for 6-7 months & ok with flimsy patra then go for it! AnilRead More

I have been driving an Indigo LS since August 2004, I required a sturdy, rigid & refined diesel car. I’ve mostly owned Maruti cars. Owned Old Gen 800, New Gen 800, Van, Zen & Esteem. Over the years ive noticed steel quality & thickness of sheet metal thinning. Am not at all convinced that for...Read more
