18000kms in a year. 1500kms in a month is minimum. current price of petrol is 83rs. it comes to around 8000rs per month of fuel charges. if you cover 1500kms per month. your vehicle needs more maintenance. it will age faster, and the engine will worn out fast. so to save yourself 6000rs per month ...you will spare 8000rs per month, plus your own time. go through the hassle of driving in order to complete your target of 1500kms.
