Till now this problem by Hitachi remanis unresolved, so Hitachi claims about Good Service is wrong. Reason-The customer service wants to do its back end activity at my end, in my house, the service person asked me to take the packing with him, but tell how can one beleve Hitachi, after all tha...t and that too nothing has been done by them till now. And it want to take photo of my AC to really confirm that its an 1 ton AC hahahaha! So actually the service is very pathetic. Read More
