Finally croma had agreed that the part may not the available and gave me credit voucher of purchase cost minus cost of the part..

I think many other good options are available, Go with Mi which has far better performance ,or Even Samsung J/A series is better option. Except body shape and design, Everything else is worst. I would advise don't buy it..

After posting the review and visiting the store, Finally croma has accepted that the part is not available and issue credit note. So after 55 days of follow-up with croma, the issue got over.
