I have also booked an apartment in Surakshaa fairview. I completely agree with whatever you have written about the project. With the speed at which the project is progressing, my gut feeling is that block A should get completed by june-july 2009, and Block B by oct-nov time frame.

For prospective buyers, I would not say great things about the project. There are other big and medium builder projects going in that area, like Golden blossom, Golden gate, IDEB, Sobha, Alpine viva, Orchid park, Nitesh. You visit other project and just compare their quality and features with Surakshaa, you will know the difference.

I completely agree with the apprehensions and doubts posted by manas and freakydipu in their comments. Myself being from Bangalore, I am aware that more than 60% of the builders in Bangalore are fake. Most of the time, they will promise you moon and what get in the end is peanuts and shoddy quality ...homes. I have seen my friends burning their fingers with such builders.
I had been searching for a home for past couple of months. Two months back I booked an apartment with Surakshaa after getting their legal documents scrutinized by my lawyer and getting all my doubts and apprehensions clarified by the builder. As you people might be aware that SBI does not approve a project if there is even a slightest deviation from the sanctioned plan. Approval from SBI was the biggest guarantee I had when I made the booking for this apartment.
It does happen that builder will talk to you very sweetly before you make the booking and once it done he will not even look at you. In my case, behavior of the builder and his staff did not change towards me after i made the booking. They would still sit with me for hours, clarify my doubts, help me with the modifications that i wanted for my flat. Thats the reason why i said ’’Focus on customer satisfaction and long term relationship building’’.
Myself being a salaried person, I know the value of hard earned money so I would not mislead people by giving them wrong information or feedback. Seeing is believing, so my advice for people, who are really interested in the project, is to go and visit the construction site themselves and meet the builder rather than taking my review on face value.
