Very true. I have taken a house on long term lease in this place. My take:
1. The quality of construction and finishing is extremely poor.
2. The builder is insensitive to safety issues like no grills on windows.
3. Extremely funny in not providing a door handle on the inside of the main door!...!
4. Quality of window frames very poor
5. Electrical work shoddy - every other day there is some breaker tripping. You can smell overheating of tubelights. The fans they have put are mostly faulty - rotating at high speed but no effect
6. Plumbing - slouch work. Leakages, inefficient sealing. And I agree with Himanshu that many of the taps / fittings are fake Jaquar. One can easily make it out from the logo and quality.
7. Painting: funny combinations of yellow and cream. No plaster on the walls. Only 2 coats of paint directly on the concrete.
8. Above all, the customer service is very poor. For every defect, you have to chase the maintenance team repeatedly and plead.Read More

I had visited this restaurant twice in the past.
As is expected in a good dhaba, the food is really great. The pricing of the menu is also nice. However, the owners need to improve upon improving the menu card to go with the restaurant's status.
