have u purchased this from infibeam or shopclues ? then i can guarantee u that it is a fake dell mouse. dell doesnt have a wireless mouse named WM01. read my review of the same.

why dont u track the product online ? and give them a formal complaint in an email. ? i did that with a website and the next day, the product was at my home.

always opt for COD and if they levy octroi charges without informing, just dent to accept the product...always keep this mind...COD is the best option. u control your money.

Finally received my shipment yest. The delivery guy looked flabbergasted when i asked me if he tried to deliver the packet on 12 apr. infibeam called me up after this review. the CSR was surprised when i brought it to his notice that Dell doesnt have a wireless mouse with model no. WM01. they wanted me 2 return the product and had also arranged for a pickup..they wanted to ' clearly label and carefully pack the goods with clear le...gible address' . i fired off an email to them that since i am a busy man, i dont have time for this nonsense. i would prefer 2 throw the product in a waste bin rather than wait endlessly for the same duplicte and counterfeit product. those 479 rupees which i lost, i will prefer to think that that money i donated to some beggar instead of cribbing about it. the 64% one star rating for infibeam on mouthshut goes lengths 2 show a callous website to dupe indian consumers. Beware stay away from Infibeam guys. The juice just isnt worth the squeeze.Read More
