Now Tikona can threaten and abuse as well. I received a call todayfrom Tikona recovery department claiming that they are calling from Delhi High Court or make thepayment immediately or they would file a case against me and i have to face bad consequences. Sir, I would return the device once i receive my payment of Rs1422 which was taken on a promise that it would be reverted in case of non-usage. And after making the payment my area was declared No connection area. Customer support didn't advice me about it before making the payment. Dat device is an...y which ways useless for me. The issue is, I used tikona connection for 2 months only and i hv paid Rs1970, Rs416 & Rs 1422, total of Rs 3808 jst for two months. This is unacceptable, addition to it, on weekly basis i was getting threating calls from so called customer care claiming that they are calling from Delhi high court and putting mental pressure to pay an amount of rs500. I have collected all the relevant mails and all the bills plus i have noted the numbers from which i received calls.
