I can even see now that order history in Shopclue login is showing delivery on 14th while your customer care is keep on saying it is delivered on 12. Seems like you don't read properly or don't trust your own system. I have not received any mail from you confirm you are picking up product and return...ing my money. With my overall experience, I rate this hospital as worse.
Staff is non cooperative, rude, irritating and unskilled. The billing errors are hilarious. If you spot them and inform them about the error, they will take it so long that ultimately you will fed up and throw money at them.

Ms VaaniKrishnan: If you really want to make a difference or add any value, then just search my name in your payback system and you will find the SR number. Seems your job is to keep asking SR numbers to everyone who puts a review here and then sleep over your desk.

I have 10 SR numbers and another 10 SR numbers from ICICI. What the hell will you do with SR numbers. It's a joke and you too cutting and pasting the same statement.

May I know whom you represent to Vaani? Are you payback or ICICI? My conversation with ICICI is at the moment going on and ICICI promised me to comeback by 13th Aug.
My overall feedback is that payback earning system is too confusing. PLease make it simple else soon you will find no one is bother...ing earning payback points. You can review OK card system in South korea and copy that process would be much better.Read More

I am happy to know that your problem was resolved. Congratulations. However it would be good to know which 10 other dermatologist in Bangalore you visited that were not able to diagnose your problem and not able to treat you.
Also I read your comments again. It seems he does treat w...ell people when they visit St Johns hospital. That's how he made his fame. However, if you visit his private clinic in central Bangalore, the feedback is negative. I'd spoke to many other patients when I visited 3-4 times; everyone was a bit upset with him. Apart from this, he does not provide a case summary neither his staff cares or helps around this. The modus operandi is quite clear.
For us he just exploited us. He is the worst doctor I came across in my life. Beware of visiting him in his clinic. He will make you buy products from his shop and also he will suggest you to go some procedures in the clinic itself to fetch money and delay the treatment in order to make you visiting him again and again.

Another shock...I bought S4 worth around 36600. I paid via ICICI Debt card. I came to know that my card is under 200/3.5 point scheme. Now ICICI credited only 100 points saying there is a cap :). I am done with ICICI Payback.

By saying HOD or giving his timing schedule does not make any sense. Good to know your problem is solved but this could have been done by any dermatologist.

ICICI Payback calculation mechanism is incorrect. Mark your shoppings and check for a month.
You can never find out itemwise points.
For any issue ICICI officer will divert you to payback toll free number and payback will ask you to get in touch with ICICI.

Dr Anil Abraham proposed unnecessary procedures. This resulted in visiting him 3-4 times and paid around 4K in each visit. Total we spent a lot as well waste of time, health, frustration and stress. He told it will take around 12-14 sittings and then only results will be visible.
When we got bit sk...eptical and consulted another dermatologist, we came to know he was cheating blatantly. It’s been 3-4 months now and my daughter cured from her acne completely. Thank god and a big thank you to another dermatologist.
Few tips: When you visit, you will find Dr Anil Abraham will try to make you buy products from his clinic. He will also try you to take the peeling procedures in his clinic in Bangalore.
Whenever I think of him, I think of taking legal action against him. He just exploited us.Read More

The point calculation mechanism is weird. Between ICICI and Payback a customer can never find anyone who can verify points calculations item wise.
