Mr. Ashu-Smart-Stud: Is this the official thomas cook response? The points I raised are because this was what my parents were promised by the Thomas Cook sales rep when they sold them the package. So, maybe Thomas Cook has sales people who will say anything to customers to get their money. My advice... to anyone who is traveling on Thomas Cook, is to think again. Maybe a lot more people agree with me, and that is why Thomas Cook is near bankruptcy and asking for government help to keep running (as per the news papers) Mr. Sharmak and Mr. Hemantel, it would be useful for you to put of your reviews of the foreign tour companies that you used so that travelers researching these companies can avoid those. For my part, we have used local tour companies in both greece, italy and london and were very happy with them.Read More
