You are right.. with good medical officers.. but the staff who is sitting in the billing section is just behaving like govt clerks...Mrs. anju.. and one middle aged lady who is sitting just opposite to the main door.. horrible service

wORST PRODUCT.. IT IS REALLY WORST.. I MADE MINIMUM 100 COMPLAINTS. NOBODY CARES THE CUSTOMER AT DOCOMO. I AM A DOCOMO CUSTOMER FOR LAST ONE YEAR. NETWORK CONDITION IS PATHETIC.

TATA DOCOMO IS THE WORST MOBILE OPERATOR IN MADHYA PRADESH AND CG. CAPITAL BHOPAL ITSELF IS FACING ACUTE NETWORK PROBLEM. CUSTOMER CARE AT 121 AND NODAL DESK WORK ALMOST NIL. Mr Bhavya..Tata Docomo is the worst mobile operater in two states that is in kerala and other is Madhya pradesh. In MP customer care at 121 and the nodal desk they are not sitting for customer care. they never give u proper reply. check out for other operators
