hi guys
this is a follow-up of my complaint to bosch regarding poor service. Pls read my complaint to Bosch in my main review, second half.
Well, bosch does respond promptly to online complaints-twitter, mailetc. My complaint got resolved within 24 hrs of doing so via twitter. Also, for all of you...r info, bosch gives 2 yr warranty on parts and not 1 yr. I got my heat pump ( worth around 6000) replaced free of cost just by a margin of 09 days validity left. lucky me.Read More

hi all
it has been nr a year now since i bought the machine. many of u have been mailing me re my experience of past one yr. so here is the update:
the machine got flooded twicw in the yr. had to scoop out water from the bottom and open the filter at the base, rinse , fit it back and run an empty... cycle without detergent , and the machine was back in action.
also, another problem , i ahve faced is that the glass articles have slowly got kinda film deposited , have found u have to rinse it manually afterwards to get it clear of the film. maybe the glass quality is not upto mark, this is not happening to all glass articles. me and wife have different opinions why this is happeneing, argument is on. and we r trying out various theories behind it from water quality to lack of our skill.
Also, have found it better if u remove sticking food by rinsing manually , gives b etter result but wife says it doesnt matter and she has bravely allowed even rice, tea stained and kadais to go in without rinsing and results have been satisfactory to her. well, i would like to hear ur opinions too.
as far as some of u have asked for the consumables sourcing, i have been getting it online from finish site. its pretty convient and reliable too.

hi all am 4m delhi n bought it 4m sargam electronics. @mrithun, i msged u earlier re d/washer use. There r few very helful video tutorials on net, so google on youtube etc. also, finish website has some gud videos re placement of utensils etc. anyways, u r gonna go their site to buy finish products.
