I think for air coolers to be effective the relative humidity levels should be less than 50%. Also air coolers work on evaporative cooling technology so there should be a steady intake of hot air by the cooler as well as a window open for the stale air to go out, unlike ac air coolers will work best... on fresh air mode.Read More
