I faced the same problem few months back.I wonder if you get any policy from them what will happen if something happens then how nominee will claim.

Pathetic customer service and they think that customers are fool.Please do not abuse big brand and if things continue like this no one will buy policy from HDFC and this will tarnish image of organisation.
