All that is understood. If the insurance company feels liable to pay and has a question of whome to pay. To previous owner or present owner?? That can be resolved. Unless there is a litigation between both the owners. But showing this context that they dont know whome to pay or no one has 'insurable... interest' on the property and hence they reject the claim is injustice. where is my money gone?? As long as the validity period of insurance has not expired the company is liable to pay. That is common sense justice. These technical terms and rules are not known/understood by a common man. this is where we are exploited by these pvt companies. Read More

Yeah the concept is really a good ... but i dint have a similar experience with the food served here.Specially mutton served here never cooked compleately. This really irritates me.
