All that is understood. If the insurance company feels liable to pay and has a question of whome to pay. To previous owner or present owner?? That can be resolved. Unless there is a litigation between both the owners. But showing this context that they dont know whome to pay or no one has 'insurable... interest' on the property and hence they reject the claim is injustice. where is my money gone?? As long as the validity period of insurance has not expired the company is liable to pay. That is common sense justice. Yeah the concept is really a good ... but i dint have a similar experience with the food served here.Specially mutton served here never cooked compleately. This really irritates me. I had been to this restaurant many a times since i was impressed by the concept.... and expected that they show the sa...me care and response while cooking.. the first two times i felt it was an isolated case of mutton not properly cooked, but the third time also i had a similar experience.
