@nshdkhan....I think you've never commuted via Indian Airlines or a private airline. And as far as the revenue earned by Indian Airlines is concerned...it won't raise the level of their services. We're into this serious business and every day we deal with real customers flying to their dream destina...tions. None of our customers have Indian Airlines in their priority list when it comes to flying..all are craving for Kingfisher, Jet Airways and other eminent Private airlines. And what are the changes they've made in their services after purchasing new aircraft? Revenue and Aircraft won't communicate that Indian Airlines is doing better than the private service providers. Passengers only go for Indian Airlines when they left with no other option. Obviously, when everyone is dreaming to fly with private airlines then the passenger will certainly go for Indian Airlines when they won't get a seat in Kingfisher and other planes of the similar genus. Factually, it's the services that matters to the passengers not how much revenue the Airlines department is collecting. We're not disgracing the reputation of Indian Airlines here but mentioning what we got to hear from our passengers who frequently fly to distinct locations. Read More
