The management has
to know that when your own person is a nutshell, how can you just trouble
other good employees, I even spoke with the employee, who are really very
good and are literally Emotionally blackmailed. There is lot to write on this so called Institute which looks to be good, but in originally the most worst and unethical place.
I even personally spoke with their high level employees & HOD's, who even accepted the same, only because they pay more, but squeeze 10 times, and no social culture, hope the management is also the same, thats the reason they behave the same, no freedom to the employees.
its really a hell , which looks like a heaven. I can challenge on this.
There are similar other institutes available in india and also more coming up. So don't go for the looks and acts.Read More
