It's true Kunal, consumer courts are good in India but unlike in the West, the big corporates are not really made to pay for the mental anguish and inconvenience AND time waste they cause in such a case. So they treat Indian consumers not too seriously. You know, Sony Ericcson doesn't even give a ph...ysical address in India! Try as you might to get it -- Anyway, I've given documents to lawyer and am going ahead.
