Update: Sorry for updating so late. Crazeal arranged for the reverse pickup very fast and it was picked up withing 2 days via Bluedart. No hassles at all. I also got the refund credited to my account since then. I would like to make a clarification here. The review is for Oleva pearls, since I didnot find any anywhere on the net though they are being sold by almost every e-commerce site in India-Snapdeal, Jabong, etc. Crazeal customer care has been extremely helpful is arranging for the reverse pick-up etc.
