Today, I visited my dealer and to my surprise, they are booking Ertiga Zxi for new customer with only 10 weeks of waiting period, however they are not able to confirm the delivery date of my car when after 12 weeks of waiting period is already passed!!! They also offered me to go for Ertiga Vxi whic...h according to them is readily available. But why should we compromise because of their fault!!! When I expressed my displeasure and asked for appointment with General Manager, General Manager requested for two more days to come up with firm delivery date, without giving me the appointment.
