Hi vishakeb, yes it have a sound recorder. But it can record sound up to one min only. So not useful, if you wish to record a full song from another source.

Hi nihirdas, It takes almost 2.5 to 3 hours to get fully charged. But dont charge your phone, not just 3110C but for that case any mobile in the night.

Yes it is a part of our life It is good to shut the power when there is a heavy downpour, but cutting the power when the sky is clear is not acceptable. On enquiry I was told that they dont know that the power had gone off in our area. The power was restored after a 2 hours.
