The issue with makemytrip.com still remains unresolved despite taking up the case with Mouthshut.com. The refund has still not been processed with respect to Trip Id/Booking Id:NN2302115478898
Despite a writeup on Mouth Shut.com and follow up with the company, no action has been taken to refund the money on Trip Id: NN2302115478898 for more then 50days by Makemy trip.com and still some of the viewers of this site are siding with the company and calling it a good travel portal. Mr.Gautam when your money would be blocked for more than 45 days only then you would realize the usefulness of this Review. An online Travel agent/portal needs to deliver 100% be it purchase of tickets or refund.
