Dear Investors, We see tht we all have different openion over this problem. some people want to wait till 7th & others dont. We request a meeting or get together(before 7th) of ONLY those investors(based in MUMBAI or other parts of India) intrested in supporting the company to get it back to bus...iness for the benifit of its investors / employees. We need educated & cool headed people with thinking caps to come forward & form a group to represent the investors of city & discusses the couse of action. 1) We can meet the lawyer of Mr masood to know their saying. 2)We can go through docs of the petition with legal guidance. 3)We can discuss topics / questions & present them in right way on 7th. 4)We can meet the officials of EOW in favour of settelment / refund. & many other matters which the group & our legal support may decide upon.
