@ teri...... I find it baflling to read your personal dig at me and making comments on my driving skills et al... Any reason for you to get personal??? And that too on a Public Forum like this? I am sure you are either a Ford employee, work with one of the Dealers or have a blind infatuation for the... Blue Oval. Allow me to clarify 1. Never staked claim for being an exceptional driver even after clocking 70,000 Kms on no less than NH 17 declared the deadliest road in India. Maybe you could be kind enough to pass on a few valuable tips on becoming more of a skillful driver.... 3. Least bit worried of the GC of the other cars and would leave that headaches to their respective owners. My heart burns everytime the underbelly of my car scrapes which it did 3 times just last weekend 4. GC does not affect the cars purely on millimeters. Figo underbelly scrapes not only because of the low GC but also because of the longer wheelbase. It is not a figment of my imagination as I have already lost one mud flap and very gladly PROVED the scraping on the chassis of my car 5. On the same roads Figo scrapes I have driven an Esteem, fully loaded, a Swift and a Wagon R again it is not a figment of my imagination that none of these cars scraped. Kindly study the dynamics and educate illiterates like me why. Buddy do not unneccessarily cast aspersions on someones capabilities. The Figo breakdown and the complete lack of support in the recent past could have resulted in a fatal accident. I was driving with my Parents and wife and kid..... And yet you think it is more right to proclaim the GREATNESS of the FORD BRAND???? High time you understand the Human Dynamics more than the Driving Dynamics.... Nevertheless Best Wishes for your infatuation for the Blue Oval and may you enjoy your Ford car and continue to become a great and highly skilled driver. Read More

Sunnyg69 would suggest you evaluate either a Swift or a Liva or even the Micra. While I was howling at the service center complaining of all my hardships owning a Diesel Figo, I happened to bump in to another gent who had a Figo albeit a Petrol model. He was as unhappy as I was if not more. guys the... bottomline is if you want consistency, durability and reliability settle for a Japanese make car. This gyan was shared with me by a veteran from the automobile industry. Weird I had to suffer to recollect his valuable words.Read More

@ Vivek. Actually the need of the hour is to share this accurate experience with people who would want to buy a new Figo. Everytime I take my car to the dealer complaining of some or the other issue they brush it off under the carpet within a few minutes claiing it to be a figment of my imagination.... The service manager of the service center where I take my Figo COMPLETELY REFUSED to believe that the underbelly of my car scrapes. I tried to convince him of this fact but he just simply chose to ignore. However there is such a thing asRead More

Reviewed Ford Figo

Wanted a compact hatchback and decided unfortunately to settlle for a Ford Figo. I don't want to come across as a bitter vindictive Figo owner and hence would like to share my, 6000kms odd ownership feedback in as much a fair, unbiased and Objective manner as possible. I actually purchased my...Read more
