I don't agree. They sell a loads of issues & their hidden costs to you on the name of luxury flats.

The feedback shared was for the period of my dealing with you between 2012-2013. Considering life moves on, I did too. To get the flat number & owner name, you may approach HM Association & they would share 303 flat names & additional 6 for Concord block now :) But I know that even... after 2 decades & 5000+ happy customers (in your own virtual world), there are people of HM Symphony & HM WorldCity is filing case against you & not at all happy with the way you did the partial handover in hanging form to the society. I think your team forgot to do the reconciliation of providing the 5,00,000 unhappy customers to you when they gave 5000+ happy customer data so you have a much higher unhappy population which is clearly visible in your unsold property of HM Concord & Indigo. Focus on fixing issues rather than writing oxford english on forums. Act says a million word by itself & flats sell basis word of mouth & not with big mouth :D
Also to remind you the past, you charged for Khata transfer, didn't do electricity bill name transfers & took excessive maintenance to give the NOC. Also, you took flat owner maintenance but never gave the same to society/association for smooth functioning. All this were in fine print or hidden in all your contracts. My apologies to bring the truth in front of whole world.
