I hope that you are not a fan of reliance. I completely understand that its a new business, and for that reason the customer service is expected to be good while its in a initial phase, and you can go to the store according to your convenience, but what if the store is miles away ? There is only one... store covering entire south delhi and you cannot expect to drive all the way to the store to pickup a movie. And have you tried the SMS or requesting a pickup online, because I have and I can assure you it doesn't work.Read More
