Hi,i have escalated this issue to SBI sales VP. And after that i got couple of calls from Bangalore office ,saying that they have tracked the conversation happened between me & SBI executive,and they accepted their mistake & also apologized for that,and they asked me not to send any further mails t...o VP ,which was a very informal way of convincing me for their mistake, After that again i got a call from Head office sales manager,i have told her every thing about the Bangalore office conversation regarding their mistakes.She promised me that SBI will take severe action against whoever responsible for that,and she also said SBI won't entertain any informal talks with their customers. I am waiting for the sales manager's update.Hope i'll get some justice for my 4months frustration.Read More

I totally agree Lightsunin,you think i wouldn't have spend that time to check the website. I did that crap also as soon i got the first call from the executive,but when i asked that fellow he said this is only for selected companies(special corporate offer),even after that i asked him i need a mail... confirmation.And i was told that i'll get a mail confirmation once the application process is over & before the card dispatch.Unfortunately i got the card within a week without any prior notice. I spoke with customer executive about this ,i got a reply saying you will receive your gift coupon after the first month bill payment. So thats the story.Read More

Im new joinee in this list.Even i was cheated in the same way,they gave allfalse promises like 10% cash back with IRCTC,500 gift coupon(For one time charge),etc. For me atleast 500 lose,my collegue was cheated with platinum card & he end up paying 3500.and worst part is he has not even opened the c...ard from the courier After seeing so much comments if you still interested with SBI.. Please ask the executive to send a mail confirmation for these offers before they deliver the card(they alwz say that they will confirm in mail but 100% they dont do that). Dont get cheated by SBI.
