I am new to this forum, I too will write a review on QUEST soon. The anger is obvious as the comments say, this company is substandard in terms of employee policies and welfare. Ajit feels this is USA and firing is like his favourite mantra. In USA there are several protections for it's ...citizens, but Ajit simply puts the employee on road with very short notice. Ajit is not aware of emotional impact of lay off. There is no HR here but HF department - Hiring & Firing. I suggest even below average engineers not to join this company, it's substandard in many ways, don't dare to experience it. stay away from QUEST.Read More
