Followup - I want to thank snap deal team for taking this up. The product was delivered yesterday i.e in less than 24 hours of writing this review. This brings up interesting point about customer care department. 1. Do they really care for customers? 2. Can they be more sensitive and try to... identify the cause rather than be in a race to handle more and more calls by giving standard answers as mentioned in my review. 2. Is escalation the only mechanism to get our voice heard? I am not changing one star rating as that is for the customer care of snap deal but appreciate escalation management team for taking it up and getting the product delivered.Read More
