Just send a tweet to @ackcomics and @preetivyas74 with order id and inform them that you have placed an order on X date and that no response from customer care via email and they are not picking calls and so what's the status of your order. I faced similar issue and others too and they have foll...owed similar steps and got the delivery. In twitter go to @ackcomics and @preetivyas74 (ACK Ceo) replies tab and check out other people's tweet, etc. I strongly believe that its now becoming a rogue company not only in terms of honouring their terms and conditions which clearly state that order will be dispatched within 48 hours but also calling Shri Hanuman an 'Ape'. You can search tweets on twitter for 'amar chitra katha' and you will see people raising concerns.Read More
