Expensive and unrelaible parts, expensive service
Using Kent RO for 2.5 yrs. Bought for 16000 and have so far spent 13000 Rs. Have replaced uv lamp, adapter, filters etc. Not sure why parts are so expensive and for adapter and uv lamp they say it is because of voltage fluctuation. Doesn't Kent have inbuilt stabilizer.
