I would like to add an extra note on MapmyIndia GPS navigation system - without which I would have been relying on a driver or external support. With it, I just can drive anywhere and everywhere. It is a really value for money product to install in your car.

Nearing 10000 kms, I would like to say, it is an excellent product from TATA to car lovers. The drive, the comfort - overall - I am enjoying it. Note that, I use this car only when I visit India, and do take it for long drives, say 400 to 800 kms one stretch, short stop trips to Kerala or elsewhere ...and back. I have found it very reliable up to this time. Done some modifications, like 1 set of Hella lamp and an additional Yellow good quality Fog lamps, some fancy lightings, MapmyIndia GPS, a good set of horn (this is one thing that TATA should take care before delivering a vehicle - original horn is good for nothing), wheel caps, steel covers on mirrors, etc...Read More

Dear dsouzavijay, Thanks for your query. Fabia/Liva/Verito all are good, but they lack something special that TATA has brought in to the new series of this Vista models. It is a mix of quality and innovation. Also, you have the feeling of TATA support throughout the lenght and breadth of the count...ry. Another factor that motivated me is the other models, they may change, discontinue or even stop supply of parts or production whereas TATA is purely from our own backyard. I have driven it extensive long drive continuous, and personally did not feel any problems with it while on Indian Roads, I feel the same safety and comfor of my Mercedes I used abroad. Of course, one has to be cautious to use it knowing its limitation and then I am sure, you will not regret. Find out a good dealer from your city, create a rapport with the team and then also with the service team, I am sure, you will be more than happy to own one.Read More

Well, from 700 kms on 27th October to 4000 kms on 19th November, due dire necessities of life, I really pushed my VISTA QUADRAJET to all extremes, city traffic, highway, and mountain areas. I and all those who came along in my car enjoyed the ride throughout. Good road handling, performance, and com...fort throughout. A bit of concern is the mileage, which the agency has promised me to fine tune after the 5000 kms 2nd service. I took time and opportunity to modify it too. With a good set of wheel cap, a MapymyIndia GPS system, reverse camera, parking sensors, Hella fog lamps, additional speakers and a set of side mirror caps with indicators. Not very happy with the quality of the service team of Prerana Motors at Old Madras Road as they have some good workmen and some absolutely poor standard, and will have to identify the best ones fast to personally handle next time. The service team has to improve their knowledge and standard of service.Read More

Your comments and ratings are precious as I have written in simple way my outlook about this new model from TATA. I also look forward to suggestions from auto enthusiasts for accessories that can be added on to it.

After an elaborate look around with the available options(Maruti Swift new model, Skoda Fabia, Ford Figo Titanium Diesel etc) in this segment at Bangalore, my eyes finally caught and hooked on the Tata Indica Vista Quadrajet VX(Diesel) model with ABS. When compared to the Maruti Swift new model,...Read more
