I am glad people are reading this message - 1568 hits in 9 days. Thanks to mouth shut for helping people like me and putting things in right perspective.... else the dominance of the wrong cannot be easily easily checked!!!

Guys an update for you all... I had offered Honda through a dealer to cover the labor cost which itself is about 15k in a bid to share the spoils, which technically I don't even have to do!!! Yet, HONDA finally confirmed yesterday that they will do nothing since the car has run... Its a nice plan, l...et the car run for a year and I will automatically fathom and make a compromise.
