@zovi_vivek Thanks for the almost instantaneous response. Logic looks nice, ''the extra mile taken for genuine customers''' prodded the reviewers to change their rating. How exactly does that work? Do you personally contact the reviewers and clear their issues? Then the reviewers agree and change... their rating to 5? Still suspicious. Well I read the business story long back before buying the first product. Inspirational indeed! @shbir92 Don't take it otherwise, I am cross questioning just to make sure its a good website. Especially when I am planning to make relatively larger orders from a newly created online brand, I don't think it is a bad thing to doubt. As Zovi's Vivek mentioned, I wrote my first review on Mouthshut on Zovi. It is because I felt a need to write a review for the first time looking at the kind of reviews Zovi had. Something really sounded phony when approx. 80 percent of the review are 5 full stars. Even flipkart had a overall rating of 3 or less. If not for one or 2 ratings which rated 1 star(because of which the rating is 4 star currently ), Zovi would have hit almost an overall 5 star rating!!!!! Isn't it phony !!???Read More
