Very unethical people. Couple of hours ago I received call from them. My hunch was right, they admitted that they cancelled my exchange because on that day product price was increased and now they can't deliver the exchanged product with old (less) price. They said I should order it again with today...'s price. The guy was repeating the same thing that 'we have initiated the refund; so we can't do the exchange'. But remember I never asked for refund; you guys initiated the refund without even notifying me so that you can have an excuse to deny the exchange and close the order. That being said, this was my last order on Snapdeal. These people have lower standards than any other e-retailers. Let's see how many years they stay in the business with this kind of service. To the fellow consumers, go with Amazon or Flipkart instead to avoid these kind of hassles.Read More
