This looks like a fake review by Subbhu021. I strongly say that this is posted by Mr. Manish & team from CMRS. CMRS is spoiling their own image because of this guy who is updating with fake comments and appraising themselves with 4/5 rating. If anyone want to book flat/land with CMRS, first check... with their existing customers in BEML layout, AECS layout, Varthur, Mahadevapura etc. You can easily find their projects with their name 'CMRS followed by apartment name'. You will know the pains of these customers after speaking to them.Read More

I totally agree with the the review. CMRS is a worst builder and screwed many of the customers with their worst quality in construction and treating the customers like beggars. It is not only in Sunny Dew project, many of the projects in AECS layout were delayed and we customers undergone severe ...mental agony. For customers who want to book flat / land with CMRS, kindly stay away from them. Most of the 4/5 rating are fake reviews posted by Mr. Manish and his team from CMRS. It looks like they are doing a scam in construction business. Please safe guard your hard earned money from this builder.Read More

If they are actually serious in their business, let them go & resol...ve all the pending issues in their projects that are running behind schedule rather than posting fake comments.
