Also i came to know that the builder often quarrel with the residents and say utter nonsense, there many pending complaints in the police station. Few families (owner's ) left the apartment and has given it for rent. Its really sad and the situation is bad.

KMF is doing lot of deviations just like many small builders, ultimately KMF will sell all of the apartment and run away. The fine and pain will be left to the apartment owners. No facility provided other than water and electricity. The lift which is provided is in such pathetic condition and it can... prove fatal soon. People get stuck in the lift every day. KMF is managed by a groups of unprofessional idiot's and they take things very personally. They will smile at you if you tell only good things to them and praise them. The moment you tell a bad review or suggestion , their attitude is '' Lets teach this guy a lesson'' I request you to walk into any house and ask for review.
