After a long wait of nearly 2 months, my money was refunded by LetsBuy. I don’t want to be vengeful and keep this negative review up, but truthfully, I have experienced mental agony which I didn’t expect I would while placing the order, and am unsure if I would ever again do the same mistake of plac...ing any order even if they offer products at 50% discounts. There are hundreds of portals out there which offer much better service and discounts if one cares to look around. I'm again disheartened by the carelessness of the customer care team. The gentleman here told me my grievances will be addressed in a day or so, it has been 3 days and no one has called me, nor mailed me.
I'm completely lost as to what to do. Someone please, please help me!
