Thanks for the review. This review makes buyers think twice before dealing with Lodha. If you can provide the details abut what is the square footage rate to paid for this flat, it will be really helpful for the buyers who are investing with property appreciation in mind.

I dont understand insipte of very very bad reputation with Indiaplaza in(almost in every review) this website is still existing and thriving. This itself is a proof that there are still foolish people out there to trust a company thousands of miles away and give credit card number. This should be ...an eye opener for everybody. This comment may be harsh but it is truth.
I remember about an incident of a person who did a business with company in Nigeria and later found out that, the cheque he had received , there was no bank with the name mentioned in the cheque.

This kind of companies make money from first time customers. No customer will do business with these guys for the second time.
They always capitalize on the greatest weakness of Indians- That is GREED.
They know that customers talk about taking legal action- but cusomers keep quite for the ...meger amount of 100-200 dollars.

It is a nice review. But I dont see any point blaming polititians. Who are choosing them? If people choose criminals then who can be blamed? Only people like you and me. We people only bribe and corrupt the officials just for our own benifit.
You have talked about the salary and expenditu...re politicians spend. The salary they get is peanuts. Even the fresh graduate work in the call center gets around Rs.17,000/- per month. Where as politicians are suppose to be paid very high salary in order to attract highly talented people, same way CEOs of the companies are highly paid to run the company effiently and attact the talent. Because it is low paid, 1) Only unqualified contest in the election(most of them). 2) they try to make maximum money by corruption because legally they can not any money at all.
You have mentioned about the total expendure of 872 Crores. Is it a big moeny when you take country as a whole ??? NOT AT ALL. Let's look at the burden of this money on every individual.
Population of India = 100 crores.
Total expenditure politicians expenditure = 872 Crores for 5 years.
so yearly cost Rs. 174.4 crores.
Per Indian citizen - per year cost = Rs.1.74
For the WHOLE YEAR the burdon on every citizen is ONLY Rs. 1.74
DO YOU THINK this expenditure is very high????
And politicians are policy makers, they are TOP EXECUTIVES of the country.
If you are not willing to spend for them, then you will get only corrupt people.
Remeber - IF YOU THOW PEANUTS - YOU WILL GET (ONLY) MONKEYS.

Air Deccan has successfully capitalized the greatest weakness of Indian consumers. - That is - GREED. Inspite of the all the problems and mismanagement of Air Deccan, people still like to travel and take a chance - just because the ticket price is CHEAP.
I guarantee you, Air Deccan will become mo...st profitable company inspite all the mismanagement, until people look for quality and not just low price.
People give 'Gaalis' to this Airline but still travel with same next. Because you can save some BUCKS.

I have read whole of your review. Since you are planning to quit smoking, my comments were here to encourage you more to quit smoking fast.
I have seen the people quit smoking only after something drastic happened to them. I have also seen people who have strong determination and quit smoking f...or good.

How can a cigarette be a Therapy cigarette , as long as it has tobacco?
Once people are hooked to the addiction, there is no way back. There are only few exceptions.
I have seen people did failed attempts of quitting smoking by chewing tobacco, inhaling the snuff (fine powder of tobacco) as an al...ternative, but finally hooks to all these habits, instead of just smoking.
Smoking has spoiled my father’s lungs at his young age( lot of holes in the lungs could be seen in the Xray) and the major cause of his death.
So I convey anybody the harsh truth. SMOKING CAUSES EARLY DEATH. STOP SMOKING NOW.

Cigerette smoking is considered as drug addiction.
Stay away from drug called nicotine. Along with Nicotine, tar is free and it will burn your lungs first and then you!!!!!!!

Please don’t take it personally. In my opinion you are a no.1 hypocrite. If you think “going to strip club every week and taking a lap dance with naked women” is life in US , you should have gone back to India within a month. You are here because the “circums...tances”. Why are you twisting your words? Tell clearly that you have come here for MONEY and BETTER LIVING CONDITIONS like anyone else. Nobody forces you to drink or go to lap dance, then why are you worried
There is a struggle in US too. But at least for the struggle you will be compensated well. Back in India, You will have different life style, more friends, more relatives (including gossip lovers too) so emotionally happier life with little more struggle.

This is good car as long as some one else OWNS it. Dont go by the hype.
Honda Realy sucks. It is not only about the spare part availbility. This is the most inferior car in every way , except the looks. Still you have to pay fortune to buy that car. Even if you have extra money it is not worth ...buying it.
