That is true, i booked the connection by paying through cheque only, but due to signal downlinking problem the same was cancelled. I gave the cheque on 1st Feb 09 and the they guys told me that my money will refunded within 30 days, after 30 days i was told that the same will refunded withing 45 day...s and then they increased the time limit to 60 days after i called them. But the fact is that even after 60 days e.g. 1st Feb to 10 April, i have not got any refund. Interesting thing is that the company has got the credit of the cheque, but no body is having detials in thier record. I have provided them my acknowledgement number, cheque number, application number, name of the sales executive etc. But still the company is not been able to find the detials. That is so foolish answer from any company. I can understand that company is going through recession but is it the right way to come out of recession.
Mr. Anil Ambani has actually forgotton the meaning of business values that Tata's and other big businessmen are carrying. Now i do have Tata's broadband which is perfectly fine. Further i would like to share that Tata's get you payment credited only when your connection is started and after you confirm you respond to the welcome call from their customer care. These are called business ethics and we can compromise on anything for ethics.Read More
